Enrolling your child with The Wilson Academy is an investment. We provide our students with quality instruction, built on individual attention and innovation. That same quality instruction has the potential to result in college scholarships. Many of today’s universities cost well over $20,000 per year to attend.

Easy tuition payment option!

Unique to The Wilson Academy is our weekly payment option. Parents may make weekly payments, free of any additional charge! The weekly payment for 2009-2010 is $120.

Tuition Policy

Payments are due on the Friday of each week, and a $20 late fee will be assessed on any late payments. Once a student has missed two consecutive payments, the student may not return to school until the balance is made current. However, any student with a non-current tuition balance, or a history of missed or late payments, is subject to dismissal.

Payment Methods

The Wilson Academy accepts checks, cash, credit cards, debit cards, and money orders. There is a $20 fee for any returned checks, and you will no longer be able to make a payment by check.

After School

Extended Hours Fee (optional): $20/week, due each Friday for the upcoming week. After school hours begin at 4:00 pm, with dismissal at 6:00 pm. Fees will apply to any student present any day of the week beginning at 4:01 pm. There is a $2 per minute charge for anyone picked up after 6:00 pm. Charges are due at time of pickup.

Withdrawals

Students will incur no withdrawal fee, provided a two-week notice of withdrawal is given. If no notice is given, a $240 withdrawal fee will be charged. No student records will be released until all fees are paid.
